As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll work in a fast-paced Banking Center where you’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives. As a Personal Banker, you’ll foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, provide informative and tailored service, and recommend the right products and solutions that will help their financial success. You’re flexible to work our banking center hours which may include evenings and weekends. To help deliver a great client experience, you’re flexible to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance. Our Birmingham, MI office is a Flagship location and the ideal candidate will need at least 2 years of Personal Banker and Teller experience, as well as cross-border account opening experience.
There is no sponsorship or relocation assistance offered for this role. All candidates must reside locally to Birmingham, MI.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $50,500 - $55,000 for the Birmingham, MI market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component. CIBC offers a full range of benefits and programs to meet our employee’s needs; including Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance, Disability, and Other Insurance Plans, Paid Time Off (including Sick Leave, Parental Leave, and Vacation), Holidays, and 401(k), in addition to other perks.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. Additional total compensation and benefits details will be provided during the hiring process.
