Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Biloxi to support assisted living and memory care residents with companionship, daily activities, and wellness support. You will report changes in health/status and assist with programs, light housekeeping, dining, and engagement activities.

The role requires a caring heart, a High School Diploma/GED, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. CNA is preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid is also preferred.

Qualifications

• Caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Current CNA certification preferred but not required unless state requirement.
• CPR/First Aid, preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Biloxi

Primary Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

• Supports our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Requirements

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement
• CPR/First Aid, preferred
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred
