Job description

$18-$20/hour + 10% commission on sales support converting to sales

I am seeking an energetic, creative, bright, organized, stylish, proactive, loyal person who desires to support the growth of women in business to be my personal and marketing assistant. This should be someone who has a serious interest in building a career in marketing and in the area of women business development. This is a hybrid position - (2) half days in person. The rest remote. Starts as a part-time / 15 hours a week position. The role initially will be a two-month engagement to start immediately. With proven performance, the hourly rate will increase, and the plan is to transition to a monthly retainer.

Since this is a junior position designed for growth within the business, the minimum experience required is 3 years of employment (with references) in relevant roles.

The role involves both PA work and digital marketing responsibilities:

1. PA responsibilities include:

• Event coordination support
• Home organization support
• Follow-up on meetings, writing and delivering documents and presentations, managing spreadsheets
• Attending exclusive events and social clubs to support networking; limited travel
• Organization of email, documents, systems, and tools
• Maintaining discretion
• Vendor/partner communications
• Dog walking
• Shopping support

1. Junior digital marketing responsibilities include:

• Design and editing of video, graphic, and audio content
• Managing social media using management tools
• Content planning and management
• Email marketing including workflows, design, segmentation
• SMS marketing
• Search marketing support
• Preparing reports for meetings
• Website content updates and limited design/development on Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace (some experience needed on all)
• Social sales support through outreach on selected social channels and discussion groups
