Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to manage the overall operations of a high-net-worth household. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the household, including vendor management, bill tracking, utilities, repairs, scheduling, and coordination. This can be either a full or part-time position that requires occasional travel and offers a competitive hourly rate of $30-80/hr (based on experience).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate household operations, including:
    • Vendor management (contractors, service providers, etc.)
    • Bill tracking and payment
    • Utilities management
    • Repairs and maintenance scheduling
    • Scheduling and coordination of various events and activities
  • Oversee scope of work for residential construction initiatives
  • Develop and maintain organizational systems to ensure efficient household operations
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including travel arrangements and itinerary management
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably working with high-net-worth executives
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to compartmentalize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential

Qualifications:

  • Experience with household management software or similar systems
  • Knowledge of construction project management principles
  • Familiarity with high-end residential properties and luxury lifestyle

Work Arrangement:

  • Part-time or full-time position available (20-40 hours a week)
  • Occasional travel required (approximately 10-15% of the time)
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate household needs
