Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in West Palm Beach is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to learn Personal Injury at the nation's premier plaintiff PI firm. You will handle pre-litigation matters, guide clients through the case process, draft and file pre-litigation documents, and support settlement discussions.

The role requires a law degree, active Florida Bar admission, and at least 1 year of personal injury experience. You will work with a team and drive KPIs while delivering outstanding client service and strong

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• EUOs, PIP statements, recorded statements.

This is an opportunity to learn Personal Injury, at the premier Plaintiff PI firm in the country. Our Pre-Suit Attorney's make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Work alongside world-class lawyers that are looking to mentor and advise Attorney's who are new to the field.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
• 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
