Job summary

DP World is seeking a Customer Service Rep for our Perris, CA facility. You will own daily customer contacts via phone and email, ensure timely resolution per SLA, and collaborate with syncreon and customer teams to manage shipments.

The role emphasizes proactive issue reporting, detailed billing reconciliation, and robust KPI-driven reporting for key accounts. You will participate in weekly/monthly reviews, drive root-cause analyses for customer complaints, and help optimize carrier performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in oral & written English is essential.
• 2 years’ work experience in a high tech customer services and logistics environment.
• Proven reporting & presentation skills using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to respond promptly to customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Own, log and ensure all daily customer service contacts and queries are resolved per SLA.
• Proactively report system/operational issues impacting shipments to relevant teams and track resolution.
• Create and review reporting suites for key accounts and KPI requirements.
• Investigate and document root causes for customer complaints with corrective actions.
