Requirements

Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years work experience in an office environment

Preferred:

• 1+ years of work experience in permitting commercial projects .
• 3+ years experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Degree in Business, Construction, Architecture or Engineering or related field.
• Applicable work experience in an Architectural and Engineering firm.
• Prior use of Bluebeam and Smartsheets.
• Basic understanding of Accessibility, Building, Mechanical and Electrical code.
• Knowledge of the construction process and methods.
