Job summary

A leading project management firm is seeking a Permitting & Regulatory Compliance Specialist II to manage a caseload of compliance projects from application to approval. This role requires 4-6 years of relevant experience and skills in project and client communication. The ideal candidate will handle permitting tasks, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies. Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of relevant experience in permitting, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience in architecture, planning, real estate, engineering, or construction.
• Retail petroleum / UST / air quality permitting experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage permitting and compliance projects from initiation through approval.
• Prepare, review, and submit complete and accurate permit applications.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding status and outcomes.
