Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of project permitting, from initial research through closeout.
• Prepare, review, and submit permit applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact between internal stakeholders, contractors, and government agencies.
• Research and interpret local, state, and federal codes related to permitting.
• Track permit status, timelines, and conditions to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate revisions and resubmittals as required.
• Maintain organized permitting records and documentation.
• Identify permitting risks and communicate impacts and solutions to teams.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance throughout each project.
• Support inspections, approvals, and final sign-offs as needed.
