Job summary

Airswift is partnering with a clean energy developer on a Blue Ammonia project in the U.S. Gulf Coast to lead permitting, regulatory approvals, and community engagement from FEED through execution.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in permitting, regulatory affairs or stakeholder engagement on major energy or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of US permitting frameworks across federal, state, and local levels.
• Experience guiding projects through FEED, permitting, construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the project permitting strategy from FEED through commissioning.
• Interface with federal, state, local, and port authorities and coordinate consultants.
• Lead environmental permitting across air, water, wastewater, stormwater and waste.
• Build stakeholder and community engagement plans and relationships with officials and landowners.
• Collaborate with Development, Engineering, Construction, HSE, Legal, Land, Commercial teams.
• Maintain risk register, analyze schedule and cost impacts, and devise mitigations.
