Perennial Environmental Services LLC seeks a Senior Air Quality Specialist/Engineer to join our Air Quality Team. This full-time role delivers senior technical leadership and project management on air quality permitting projects across the United States, with emphasis on the Gulf Region and oil and gas sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in science or engineering with relevant experience.
• Experience with air emission calculations across multiple industry sectors.
• Knowledge of state and federal air quality regulations, including NSPS/NESHAPs.
• Experience developing greenhouse gas inventories and reports.
• Experience leading air quality permitting and budgeting (Title V/PSD/NSR).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical and project management support for air quality permitting projects nationwide.
• Lead air quality permitting efforts (Title V/PSD/NSR) with focus on Texas/Louisiana.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project budgets/timelines.
• Travel up to 25% and visit industrial facilities.
