Qualifications

• 3+ years of permitting experience preferably with multiple jurisdictions.
• Permit Technician Certification from the International Code Council is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check IFP packages for completeness and timely submission.
• Establish relationships with jurisdiction staff and customers.
• Review and prepare drawings and documents for permit applications.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

High attention to detail
