Primoris Gas Operations, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, seeks a Permitter in Little Canada, MN to support permit data collection, coding invoices, and organized field paperwork.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and strong organizational abilities. The role offers competitive hourly pay of $28.00–$32.00 with weekly compensation, benefits, 401(k) match, ESPP, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

• Prompt and courteous customer service skills, both telephone and in person.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Research and obtain all necessary permit data for submission and approval of permits.
• Fully responsible for accurate coding, entry and final review of weekly invoices within deadlines.
• Organize completed work orders per processes for each customer.
• Understand various divisions within each customer for accurate distribution of invoices.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of completed invoice information in established systems.
• Work with Q3 Contracting supervisor and field staff on expediting daily field paperwork and duties.
