Qualifications

• 2+ years in an office manager/production/administrative role.
• Experience in construction, roofing, or related trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage permit process for projects in California service area.
• Coordinate customer communications and invoicing.
• Support production scheduling and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate JobNimbus records and organize documents.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the California team.
