  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, dental and vision insurance as well as long-term disability.
  • 401(k) with Company Match: Competitive company contributions to help you plan for the future.
  • Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays: Generous PTO policy and Paid Holidays to support work-life balance.
Responsibilities
  • Permit Applications: Apply for permits through the appropriate cities and counties for projects in our Oregon market.
  • Permit Management: Track open permit applications and follow up with local agencies as required to keep projects on schedule.
  • HOA Applications: Submit HOA applications on behalf of customers, or provide customers with the information they need to apply themselves.
  • HOA Follow-Up: Manage submitted HOA applications and follow up as needed to secure timely approvals.
  • Order Entry: Create orders in our database by importing customer files from the sales team.
  • Accuracy Review: Cross-reference signed agreements against our system to ensure all information is correct.
  • Contract Review: Review sold contracts in both markets and update information as needed.
  • Other Duties: Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy when reviewing contracts, applications, and order information.
  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to multitask, manage competing deadlines, and keep tasks on track independently.
  • Problem Solving: Positive, self-sufficient attitude and the ability to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Teamwork: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well across departments.
Physical Requirements
  • Office Setting: On-site with normal open-office noise level
  • Computer Work: Sitting or standing most of the day; typing and mouse use requiring hand-eye coordination.
  • Vision & Lifting: Clear vision for reading documents; ability to lift boxes or files as needed.
