Renewal by Andersen is seeking Direct Marketers to engage homeowners through outdoor outreach, explain how energy-efficient window and door replacements enhance comfort, and schedule in-home consultations with our Design Consultants.

Applicants should enjoy active outdoor work, have strong communication skills, and be able to work evenings and weekends. Training and bonus opportunities are provided to help you grow with a national brand.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience necessary; customer-facing roles or community outreach preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to start conversations confidently and explain products clearly.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently and exceed goals.
• Positive, enthusiastic, personable and solutions-oriented.
• Coachability: open to feedback and eager to grow.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Age 18+ with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations.
• Share how products can improve home comfort, energy efficiency, and beauty.
• Set up appointments for Design Consultants for in-home consultations.
• Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Center team to ensure appointment follow-through.
• Transport and set up booths and displays at events; break down as needed.
• Represent the brand and share product knowledge and company values with attendees.
• Generate leads by engaging attendees and scheduling in-home appointments.
• Deliver exceptional service with empathy, positivity, and professionalism.
• Participate in team meetings and other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling: Set up appointments for our Design Consultants to provide in-home consultations.
• Data Entry: Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using a company-provided device.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with Inside Sales Center (ISC) team members to ensure appointment follow-through.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Transport, assemble, and dismantle booths and promotional displays at event locations.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of Renewal by Andersen by sharing product knowledge and company values with attendees.
• Lead Generation: Engage attendees in meaningful conversations to capture interest and schedule in-home appointments.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service with empathy, positivity, and professionalism.
• Additional Duties: Participate in team meetings and complete other tasks as assigned.

$20 - $33 an hour

Our Direct Marketers start at $20 per hour and can earn $33+ per hour with generous bonuses.
