Qualifications

• 3+ years building-permit expediting experience in Nevada or the Southwest.
• Knowledge of IBC and Nevada/Clark County amendments.
• Able to read drawings and code-analysis packages.
• Organized, persistent, and a strong communicator.
• Experience with affordable or senior housing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage AHJ submittals across Clark County and surrounding Nevada jurisdictions.
• Drive plan-review comments to resolution with in-house design and engineering.
• Maintain the permit tracker and flag schedule risk early.
• Build durable relationships with reviewers and inspectors.
• Support entitlements coordination on senior-housing and pilot projects.
