Peaden Air Conditioning Plumbing and Electrical is seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to support our install departments. The role focuses on securing permits, tracking approvals, and coordinating inspections.

You'll work closely with the Install Coordinators and Trade Managers, communicate clearly with customers, and adhere to county/state regulations. Walk-ins are welcome; learn more at www.peaden.com.

Formación

• Permit experience is highly desired.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.

• Solid time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar web-based programs.

Responsabilidades

• Apply for all required permits necessary to complete jobs.
• Follow up on pending permit applications.
• Schedule permit inspections for every job within specified time frames.
• Adhere to all county and state regulations for permitting.
• Schedule temporary disconnects and reconnects with power company and building department.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the customer.
• Work closely with the Install Coordinators and Trade Managers.
• Participate in training for growth and development as a professional.

The Job

We are looking for Permit Coordinator who will play a critical part in our every day success of our install departments.
