BP Supply Inc is seeking a Business Development Representative to open new operator accounts in the Permian Basin. The role focuses on early-stage sales, building direct relationships with engineers, procurement and supply chain leaders, and driving first orders across divisions.

This position requires a deep network in oilfield development, strong technical questioning, and the ability to travel to markets including Midland, Houston, Dallas, OKC, and Denver to win seats at the table and push

Qualifications

Hunter with hustle and persistence in opening new accounts.
Strong network in Permian Basin production, procurement, and supply chain.
Strategic thinker able to map decision maps and entry points.
High emotional intelligence for quick trust-building with engineers.
Technical credibility to diagnose artificial lift, production, and measurement issues.

Responsibilities

Own the front end of the sales cycle by opening new operator accounts.
Build direct relationships with decision-makers to access vendors.
Travel to Midland corporate offices and other markets for presence and follow-up.
Diagnose customer problems and bring in technical teams to propose solutions.
Develop and maintain a pipeline with real-time updates in CRM.
Handoff to Account Operations after first orders while staying involved as needed.
