Zusammenfassung

Force Pressure Control, LLC is seeking a professional, safety-oriented QHSE Manager for its Eagle Ford Basin operation based in Orange Grove, TX. This role provides leadership over district QHSE activities, ensuring compliance with company QHSE and QMS programs while collaborating with Operations.

Responsibilities include identifying risks, mentoring leadership, leading incident investigations, and delivering monthly safety reports.

Qualifikationen

• 7 years minimum oilfield safety, QHSE, HSE experience
• BCSP credentials preferred (CSP, ASP, GSP, CSHT)
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to field operations

Aufgaben

• Lead district QHSE activities and coordinate with Operations to ensure QHSE/QMS compliance
• Identify trends and risks across multiple operations and implement corrective actions
• Train and coach Safety and Operations leadership on key safety programs
• Monitor safety performance and report findings to management levels
• Lead incident investigations with root cause analysis and preventive actions
• Maintain QHSE documentation and support audits
