Job summary

Pilot Water Solutions is seeking a QHSE Advisor to support safety and environmental activities across West Texas and New Mexico operations. The role collaborates with field teams to ensure regulatory compliance, safe work practices, and continuous improvement. Salary is commensurate with experience and based in the Midland–Odessa area.

The position reports to the Sr Supervisor, QHSE and requires travel to field sites; EOE statement at the end of the job description.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of oil and gas or water midstream experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, EPA and state environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and administering the HSE Management System and safety programs.
• Support compliance initiatives through EHS platforms.
• Conduct field safety and environmental inspections, audits, and observations.
• Assist with incident investigations and RCA processes.
• Participate in JSAs, Pre-Job Meetings, and field safety coaching.
• Support PSSR activities and process safety.
• Monitor activities for unsafe conditions and regulatory gaps.
• Coordinate safety training for company and clients.
