Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all staff within CIS-Permanent Supportive Housing at scattered sites.
• Provide clinical training and guidance to CIS staff and diagnose clients when appropriate.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver housing location, rental assistance and case management.
• Monitor HMIS and CHAMP data; prepare monthly program reports.
• Develop internal policies and ensure contract compliance; participate in budgeting with Business Manager.
• Coordinate weekly clinical supervision meetings; monitor program quality and outcomes.
