Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Permanent Supportive Housing Program Manager to oversee scattered-site PSH services across Los Angeles County. You will lead staff, coordinate clinical supervision, monitor HMIS/CHAMP data, and ensure program quality and compliance.

Requires a bachelor’s in social work or related field, 1+ year supervisory experience, and a valid CA driver’s license. TB testing and First Aid/CPR within 90 days are required. Salary ranges reflect LA County norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field; licensure preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Criminal background check required.
• Valid California driver’s license or acceptable alternative.
• TB testing required annually.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CIS-PSH program delivery across LA County scattered sites.
• Supervise staff at each location and hold monthly staff meetings.
• Coordinate weekly clinical supervision and quarterly sub-contractor checks.
• Monitor HMIS and CHAMP data; prepare monthly program reports.
• Collaborate with Business Manager to monitor budget and fund utilization.
• Develop and implement service delivery models and quality assurance measures.
