Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking a Program Manager for its Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) across Los Angeles County. You will oversee delivery of scattered-site PSH services, coordinate housing location, rental assistance and intensive case management, and provide clinical guidance where appropriate.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, staff supervision, budget collaboration, and quarterly meetings with sub-contractors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in housing, mental health, homeless services or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• A criminal background check is required.
• Driving Test and MVR check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of total program delivery of permanent supportive housing services.
• Supervise staff at each location and conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Develop and monitor staff professional development and track HMIS/CHAMP accounts.
• Collaborate with budget owner to monitor funds and ensure program targets.
• Create monthly program data reports and ensure contract compliance.
