Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals.
• Treat patients through therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and continued progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on meaningful functional outcomes.
