We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a rehabilitation team serving patients in Ideal, Georgia, a small rural community with a welcoming, close-knit atmosphere.
This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, hands-on care while building strong relationships with patients and the interdisciplinary team. You'll help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and independence while seeing the direct impact of your clinical expertise.

As a Physical Therapist, you will:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals
Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, balance activities, functional training, and other appropriate treatments
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate
Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, exercises, safety, and continued progress
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with PTAs, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Communicate patient progress and relevant clinical findings effectively
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes independence and quality of life
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia
Strong clinical and communication skills
Patient-focused, dependable, and collaborative
Comfortable working in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
Willingness to travel between facilities if pursuing the split/full-time opportunity
