Talented Medical Solutions in Ideal, Georgia seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a rehabilitation team serving patients in a small rural community with a welcoming atmosphere.

This position offers 30 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule. For clinicians interested in a full-time split, there is flexibility to work approximately 25 hours at facility 1 and up to 30 hours at facility 2, travel between locations required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between facilities for split/full-time option.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, balance activities, functional training, and other appropriate treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, exercises, safety, and continued progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PTAs, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate patient progress and relevant clinical findings effectively.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes independence and quality of life.
