We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Marshallville, Georgia. As a Physical Therapist, you will:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals
Treat patients through therapeutic exercise, functional activities, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and continued progress
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on meaningful functional outcomes
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a healthcare team
