Jacquemus, the luxury fashion house, is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional in-store experience at its New York boutique. You will welcome clients, advise on the full product range, and build lasting relationships while showcasing the DNA and values of the House.

With at least five years in fashion or luxury sales and fluency in English, you will drive sales, maintain the boutique, and collaborate with the team on merchandising and customer service.

• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Dedicated to the memory of the designer’s late mother, the brand draws inspiration from a passion for culture. YOUR ROLE

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the House and play a crucial role in offering each client a unique experience in line with the values and commitment of the House. You will strive to discover your clients’ personalities and identify their desires while introducing them to the DNA of the House and its entire product range.

Hourly Pay Range:

The hourly pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00 . Final compensation may vary based on experience.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a high sensitivity to product and fashion.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in sales and in the fashion or luxury sector, and ideally experience selling luxury handbags.
• You have the ability to understand and go beyond the client’s needs to offer the best possible client experience.
• You have the ability to transition pre-existing client follow while also absorbing existing boutique clients reassigned to them.
• You have a taste for challenges and a desire to collectively achieve set objectives.
• Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are essential for your success at JACQUEMUS.
• You are fluent in English. Another language would be a plus.
