Job summary

LA MAISON JACQUEMUS is seeking a Client Advisor to represent the brand and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will identify client needs, present the full product range, and build lasting relationships with customers across luxury fashion.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in fashion or luxury retail, fluency in English, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude. The position focuses on generating sales while maintaining the store's image and standards.

Qualifications

YOUR ROLE

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the House and play a crucial role in offering each client a unique experience in line with the values and commitment of the House. You will strive to discover your clients' personalities and identify their desires while introducing them to the DNA of the House and its entire product range.

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the store: Visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, customer service, stock management.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a high sensitivity to product and fashion.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales and in the fashion or luxury sector.
• You have the ability to understand and go beyond the client's needs to offer the best possible client experience.
• You have a taste for challenges and a desire to collectively achieve set objectives.
• Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are essential for your success at JACQUEMUS.
• You are fluent in English. Another language would be a plus.
