Jacquemus, the luxury fashion house, is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional in-store experience at its New York boutique. You will welcome clients, advise on the full product range, and build lasting relationships while showcasing the DNA and values of the House.

With at least five years in fashion or luxury sales and fluency in English, you will drive sales, maintain the boutique, and collaborate with the team on merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in sales, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience managing boutique clients and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales revenue and achieve store targets.
• Welcome and advise clients to provide an exceptional experience.
• Share product expertise with clients.
• Suggest complementary products and upsell boldly.
• Build lasting relationships with clients for loyalty.
• Maintain proper store appearance and condition.
• Collaborate with the team on merchandising, restocking, transfers, and stock management.
• Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
• Support the digital evolution of the House.
