TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a Permanency Support Worker who collaborates with Case Managers and Permanency Staff to support children and families on their permanency journey. You’ll help strengthen families, support reunification efforts, and ensure children receive the care and support they deserve.

You will provide guidance toward permanency goals, supervise visits, offer emotional support, coordinate with schools and agencies, transport children, and maintain audit-ready case

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of previous work experience with children and families.
• Ability to travel and transport children as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support children and families throughout their permanency journey alongside Case Managers and Permanency Staff.
• Strengthen families, support reunification efforts, and ensure children receive appropriate care.
• Provide guidance to families working toward permanency goals and supervise visits.
• Offer emotional support, crisis intervention, and problem-solving assistance.
• Coordinate services with schools, community organizations, and other agencies.
• Transport children and assist with placement support services.
• Maintain documentation and ensure case files are audit-ready.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to improve outcomes.
