TFI Family Services in Kansas seeks a full-time Relative-Kinship Worker to support children and families within KS Permanency / KS Case Management. A bachelor’s degree in child and family services plus two years’ experience is required.

You will help train caregivers, identify kinship options, provide on-call support, and coordinate community resources while promoting well-being and healthy relationships. We offer flexible scheduling, 20 personal leave days in year one, 25 after year one, 12

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in child and family services field with 2+ years’ experience in child and family services.

Responsabilités

• Promote the well-being of children and families.
• Train and support relative-kinship caregivers and children in their home.
• Identify kinship and relative placement opportunities and facilitate kinship meetings.
• Provide on-call support to caregivers and crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate community resources for the children served.
