TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a Permanency Support Worker to collaborate with Case Managers and Permanency staff to assist children and families through the permanency journey. You will provide guidance, support reunification efforts, and help ensure stable, safe family connections.

You'll coordinate services with schools and community partners, supervise visits, transport children as needed, and maintain meticulous case documentation to stay audit-ready.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of previous work experience with children and families.
• Ability to travel and transport children as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and guidance to children and families working toward permanency goals.
• Supervise family visitations and support healthy parent-child relationships.
• Provide emotional support, role modeling, crisis intervention, and problem-solving assistance.
• Help families access community resources and understand the permanency process.
• Coordinate services with schools, community organizations, and other public and private agencies.
• Transport children and assist with placement support services.
• Maintain documentation and help ensure case files are complete and audit-ready.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and collaborative team efforts to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
