Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas seeks a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team, guiding case managers and support workers to help children reunite with families or find permanent homes. The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a comparable field, or a bachelor’s in social work with four years of direct service.

This position includes training, collaboration with court systems, and a commitment to advocacy for children and families.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field, or a bachelor’s degree in social work or a comparable human service field with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.
• Strong managerial skills and ability to lead case managers and support workers to improve outcomes for children and families.
• Commitment to empowering staff and advocating for children in foster care and permanency planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise case managers and support workers on the Permanency team.
• Collaborate with court systems and other agencies to reunite families or place children in permanent homes.
