Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team. An advanced degree in social work or a related field is preferred; a bachelor’s in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure will also be considered.

As supervisor, you will guide case managers and support workers to help children reunite with families or achieve permanent homes through adoption, coordinating with court systems and service providers.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent required.
• BSW with 4 years direct service accepted with licensure.
• Experience with child welfare and court coordination preferred.
