Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, well-being, and development of children in substitute care.
• Facilitate and observe parent–child visits and provide coaching.
• Coordinate and monitor services to support family progress.
• Develop case plans with caregivers and families.
• Prepare thorough case documentation and participate in court hearings.
