TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated full-time Supervisor for the Permanency team in Missouri. An advanced degree in social work or a related field is preferred, or a bachelor's in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience plus licensure.

We provide training to excel in this role. You will lead case managers and support workers helping children reunite with families or find permanent homes, collaborating with court systems to ensure essential services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers who help children reunite with families or achieve permanent homes.
• Collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive needed services and advocacy.
• Support staff to strengthen advocacy for children and families.
