Job summary

The Children’s Network of Hillsborough seeks a Permanency Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Permanency, MDT and Family Finding teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment with our goals. This in-office role requires coordinating resources, managing budgets, and driving process improvements.

You will lead staff, ensure policy adherence, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve permanency outcomes. Some travel and fieldwork may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years in operations/management.
• Child Welfare certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across departments.
• Resource Management: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet objectives.
