Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with three years of professional work in counseling or case management services, including work with children/juveniles.
• Graduate coursework can substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis up to one year, but not for two years of children's services work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case file reviews and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment services and AdoptUSKids profiles.
• Support families through training referrals, full disclosure, and resource sharing.
• Complete subsidy eligibility, AA/SPG agreements, and adoption records sealing.
