Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Leadership - Allied Health professional in Southgate, MI for a full-time role starting Sep 28, 2026. The position focuses on supervisory and clinical leadership in child/adolescent mental health services and requires Michigan licensure (LMSW/LLP/LPC) and experience with waivers.

The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, flexible, and capable of providing non-judgmental, culturally competent care while meeting crisis needs and maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with licensure from Michigan (LMSW/LLP/LPC).
• At least 1 year examining, evaluating and treating children and adolescents.
• Experience with intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses and related treatment modalities.
• Experience with Waivers.
• CMHP and QIDP licensure readiness within 120 days of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized, creative, flexible, culturally competent, non-judgmental care.
• Holding a valid driver’s license with favorable driving history.
• Cannot sponsor visas; Michigan licensure required.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or counseling with an LMSW, LLP or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan.
• - [REQUIRED] Candidate must have at least one (1) year experience in examining, evaluating and treating children and adolescents.
• - [REQUIRED] Candidate must have at least one (1) with intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses and utilizing relevant treatment modalities.
• - [REQUIRED] Experience in working with Waivers.
• - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] One year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] Experience with electronic medical record
• - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] Must meet the requirements for Children’s Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) within 120 days of hire.
• Additional requirements are good written and verbal communication skills as well as having the ability to be organized, creative, flexible, and provide, non-judgmental, culturally competent, unconditional care.
• Individual must be highly organized and demonstrate competence in providing services to consumers of psychiatric and specialized services.
• Must have valid driver’s license and favorable driving record.
• Must have the ability to appropriately handle crisis situations.
• Cannot accept candidates who are on student/work visas, and/or require sponsorship to work in the U.S. at this time.
• Must have and retain a valid LMSW, LLP, or LPC in Psychology with the State of Michigan.
