Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a structured work-based learning program (internships, externships, job shadowing, mentoring, tours) and match students with opportunities.
• Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with regional employers across BRCC’s four CTE career clusters.
• Assist Perkins Grant Coordinator with program coordination, budget review, data management, and inventory/equipment management.
• Collaborate with Perkins Grant Coordinator and others to connect high school students with employer engagement and work-based learning opportunities.
• Support activities at secondary partner schools and BRCC, including Career Waves 2 usage, employer panels, tours, and Mobile CTE Unit coordination and logistics.
• Other duties as assigned
