Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring the product runs, materials, and services meet our standards for accuracy, quality, and safety in a chilled environment.

You will lead a hands-on team across receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory control, schedule staff, coach performance, and ensure safe operation of equipment while maintaining timely movement of perishable product.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with fresh food or consumables preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety across receiving, storage, packing, and shipping.
• Lead and coach warehouse staff; assign and schedule work.
• Monitor shipping, receiving, packing, and inventory control activities and report updates.
