C.A. Ferolie seeks a Wakefern Team Lead, Perishables in Montvale, NJ to drive client success by leading a team of business managers and executives.

The role focuses on innovation, assortment, pricing, and promotion to increase market share, volume, and profitability with Wakefern. You will oversee key customer relationships, provide strategic direction and hands-on execution, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to align client goals with customer growth initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10–15 years of relevant industry experience.
• 3–5 years of strong customer experience with Wakefern is a plus.
• Proficiency in order processing systems and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Lead the development of performance objectives, business plans, and evaluation metrics for team members and cross-functional partners.
• Drive collaboration between clients and customers through proactive communication and joint business planning.
• Apply deep knowledge of client products, policies, and structure to develop strategy.
• Monitor industry and market trends to inform strategic decisions and best practices.
• Provide senior-level management of client relationships with emphasis on innovation and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records and effective use of company systems like SharePoint and customer portals.
• Establish professional relationships with clients and team members; escalate risks and opportunities as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
