Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Logistics team is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own the development of next-generation perishable distribution processes for produce. This role targets reducing shrink from case-pack minimums and long dwell times while enabling a cross-dock-first model with higher vendor delivery frequency and same-day ship capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Define how produce flows through network with minimal quality degradation and maximum speed.
• Define cross-dock end-to-end processes (receiving to outbound) with partners on standards and cold chain.
• Identify new equipment to enable perishable distribution without quality loss.
• Partner with tech to implement associate-facing tooling for picks and sort logic.
• Inform longer-term cross-dock strategy and integration with network design.
• Work with Retail/Finance/Operations to define future produce network models.
• Develop repeatable SOPs and cross-site training materials.
• Collaborate with in-stock, category, and ops to test new distribution processes.
