Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores Logistics team seeks a Supply Chain Manager to own next-generation perishable distribution, focusing on produce. You will shape cross-dock processes, improve vendor frequency, and pursue same-day shipping to reduce shrink and preserve quality.

You will work at the intersection of DC operations, supply chain design, food safety, and technology, partnering with tech and business teams to implement scalable, compliant solutions across sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Define how produce flows through the network with minimal quality degradation and max speed.
• Define end-to-end cross-dock processes (receiving to outbound), partnering on handling standards and cold chain.
• Identify new equipment to enable produce eaches without quality loss.
• Partner with tech to implement associate-facing tooling and logic.
• Inform longer-term DC cross-dock strategy and throughput design changes.
• Collaborate with Retail, Finance, and Operations to shape the produce network of the future.
• Develop repeatable SOPs and training materials for scale across sites.
