Responsibilities

• Check perishable products in warehouse slots daily to ensure shipping quality.
• Communicate quality issues with buyers and assist in resolution to protect product quality.
• Ensure proper rotation during daily checks and report rotation problems to supervisors.
• Monitor spoilage, warehouse damage, and related variances in reports.
• Greet internal and external customers to maintain high service standards.
• Inspect inbound/outbound freight and document product condition.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders about product quality status.
• Analyze quality issues and propose corrective actions.
• Observe safety, sanitation, and company policies.
