Job summary

The World Equestrian Center is managed by Columbus Hospitality Management and seeks a reliable Receiving/Inventory Associate to support merchandise flow in a high-volume facility in Ocala, FL. You will stage items, verify invoices, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Responsibilities include inspecting deliveries, rotating stock, posting invoices, and collaborating with teams to meet inventory needs.

Qualifications

Read and verify information on invoices and receiving reports.
Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Maintain organized records of receipts, inventory, and invoices.
Report accidents and unsafe conditions; follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

Receive and stage merchandise by department based on invoices and receiving reports.
Stack goods on pallets, complete requisitions, and notify on low stock levels.
Inspect deliveries, verify freshness/quality, and rotate stock.
Refuse acceptance of damaged or incorrect items.
Post invoices using computer programs and conduct inventory audits.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment.
Follow company policies, ensure professional appearance, and protect assets.
Communicate clearly with guests and coworkers; support team goals.
Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports for accuracy.
