Job summary

Mid-Ohio Food Collective is seeking an Inventory Control & Receiving Specialist to ensure inbound product data is accurately scheduled, recorded, and reconciled to keep inventory reliable for daily operations.

You will coordinate inbound load scheduling, maintain PO details, and generate donor receipts, with a focus on item history, trace IDs, and locations for operations. The role also supports recalls, TEFAP allocations, and back-up for the Inventory Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year office experience; strong data entry background.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; WMS experience preferred.
• Strong math skills; detail oriented, organized, and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery appointments via phone and email.
• Review incoming products calendar and confirm PO details.
• Enter receipts promptly and file supporting documents.
• Pull item history, trace IDs, and locations for operations.
• Pivot to recalls or TEFAP allocations as needed.
