Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years ERP experience preferred.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, including with delivery drivers.
• Basic computer skills and keypad/keyboard use.
• Ability to sort and count accurately.
• Familiarity with shipping and billing procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize departmental priorities.
• Experience using an ERP system is preferred.
• Understanding of receiving processes and basic materials management.

Responsibilities

• Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers and obtains location delivery information.
• Manages the supply replenishment process, including straightening, counting, picking, and stocking supplies for specific areas.
• Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations.
• Completes the receiving process in the computer and scans packing slips per established timelines.
• Ensures safety of products by giving special attention to refrigerated supplies and those with special handling.
• Meets customer needs by receiving items efficiently and accurately, ensuring overnight packages are processed and delivered quickly.
• Maintains assigned area in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Affixes property record tags to capital equipment upon receipt and communicates all needed information to purchasing.
• Resolves invoice match exceptions due to receipt discrepancies related to purchase orders.
• Prepares items for return and ensures pick-up of goods, resolving delivery errors with suppliers.
