• Assist Store Manager in maintaining perishable stock levels using planning tools and records.
• Ensure cash accountability, key control, and adherence to security practices.
• Train associates in proper presentation, freshness and pricing standards for perishables.
• Train staff in safe handling of food in compliance with rules and regulations.
• Record inventory levels and monitor customer needs and requests efficiently.
• Maintain sanitation standards and assist in other operational areas as directed.
